The Pomona, New York company seeks a results-oriented, skilled, personable, and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our team of professionals and grow within our expanding company. This position features a blend of business, creative, and administrative responsibilities, and requires a combination of digital and graphics skills along with strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Day-to-day activities include website editing and updating, email and other marketing campaign development, execution and tracking, trade show and other event coordination, and promotional material design and production. Qualified candidates will possess a combination of education, experience, traits, and professional skills that position them for success as a Marketing Specialist, including:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position and environment (preferred but not required)

This position carries a starting salary of $60,000 plus an annual performance-based bonus. Benefits include participation in the company’s health plan (medical, dental, vision) and 401K retirement plan.

Cambridge Security Seals seeks an entry-level Machine Operator with an interest in injection molding and automated manufacturing. This is a full time, non -exempt hourly role paid weekly. This is an immediate opening at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Pomona, NY. The primary focus of this position will be to support our growing manufacturing needs. This is a unique entry level opportunity for the right candidate seeking to learn to contribute in a manufacturing team environment and join a rapidly growing company with best-in-class products and a culture of continuous improvement. At CSS, our Machine Operators contribute to a wide variety of products across many aspects of manufacturing, quality and operations.

Molding Machine Operator (Entry Level) Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Tending to injection molding machines and automated assembly and production lines which include ultrasonic and spin welding, laser and hot stamp marking and other automated inspection and packaging processes and the products they produce.
  • Production documentation including accurate part count and scrap reporting.
  • Assist with Set-up of machine, automation lines and materials handling.
  • Product packaging both manual and automated.
  • Quality inspections and documentation.
  • Maintaining a clean and well-organized work area.
  • Assist Shift Supervisor with any or all duties required or assigned to maintain production.
  • Assist in troubleshooting by reporting quality or mechanical issues and effectively communicate those issues.
  • Review part prints and ensure material and part conformance and product specifications and associated in process inspections are complete.
  • Gradually increased involvement developing machine processing skills, positioning for advancement.


Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A high school education, Diploma, with an interest in manufacturing.
  • A performance-driven, team-oriented and client-focused attitude/demeanor.
  • Good written/verbal communication skills and an impressive work ethic.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A strong mechanical/technical aptitude or background with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions in English.
  • Must be able to work standing for an entire shift with frequent lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • The ability to work productively and cooperatively in a team environment.
  • Must be reliable and on time.
  • Must pass our mandatory drug screening.


    This is a manufacturing-facility-based position in Rockland County. You must presently live in or have a reasonable daily commute to the Rockland County area. In addition, you must pass initial and random drug testing.

The primary focus of this position will be to develop the technical skills to operate laser marking machinery and other automated production equipment. This is a full-time hourly position at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Pomona, NY.

Laser Marking Machine Operator (Entry Level) Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Set-up and operation of Off-Line Laser Marking Station.
  • Program loading and quality controls and verification via visual and dimensional inspection.
  • Participating in Continuous Improvement of both process and quality.
  • Cross-training on injection molding machines and automated assembly and production lines.
  • Production documentation, including accurate part count and scrap reporting.
  • Packaging finished product (manually and automated).
  • Quality inspections and documentation.
  • Maintaining a clean and well-organized work area.
  • Assisting the Shift Supervisor with any or all duties required or assigned to maintain production.

Cambridge Security Seals seeks an entry-level Mechanical Engineer with an interest in injection molding and automated manufacturing, including product design, mold tooling, and plastics processing. This is an immediate opening at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Pomona, NY.

The primary focus of this position will be to immediately apply and further develop technical and design skills to support Quality Engineering, automated manufacturing, and other automated and mechanical systems within the organization.

This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate seeking an entry-level engineering position to join a rapidly growing company with best-in-class products and a culture of continuous improvement. At CSS, our engineers contribute to a variety of projects across many aspects of manufacturing and operations, and this position will utilize your technical knowledge and education, with a particular focus on CAD.

Mechanical Engineer (Entry Level) Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Working within multi-discipline project teams to develop drawing and specification documents for issuance to customers, tooling engineers, automation engineers, and maintenance personnel.
  • Participating in the mechanical design and coordination of various projects involving quality engineering and part design, with an emphasis on tooling and process support.
  • Focusing on Quality Engineering, including analysis and testing of parts (both new and existing designs) and troubleshooting quality issues.
  • Establishing design criteria, performing design calculations, assisting in materials selection, developing detailed drawing designs for full documentation of the design, and writing associated material and product specifications required for a completely documented design package.
  • Ensuring compliance to ISO and UL standards, including inspection call-outs and associated in-process inspection documentation.
  • Performing computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) work that requires a knowledge of CADD using Solid Works.
  • Gradually increased involvement with manipulating customer-provided artwork, as well as developing new artwork and translating it for import into Solid Works for Engineering Drawings, barcoding field positioning, and related tasks.
  • Providing engineering support for automation projects, plant infrastructure, and other CADD and engineering support.
  • Will take a lead role in the development, scheduling, and manufacture of laser engraved dies and other components supporting our manufacturing team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field of study.
